Prices are in euros for the whole estate per week on a self-catering basis, from Saturday to Saturday. End of stay cleaning, linen, towels and pool towels are included in the rental fee. All beds are made before your arrival.

Terms & Conditions

Included in the price: end of stay cleaning, use of bed linen and towels, use of the pool, heating, water and electricity, use of internet, use of kids furniture (2x babybed - no linen, box, highchair).
Not included in the price: flights and transfers
Guests must be aware that the house and the premises consist of several different levels, and the ability to using stairs is necessary to fully enjoy Domaine Croix Laval safely.
The swimming pool at Domaine Croix Laval complies with French safety standards as laid down in AFNOR NF P90-308. Guests accept the responsibility never to leave children under 5 years of age unattended at the pool, and when no adult supervision is present at the pool, to have the security cover closed and clipped in at all times.
First payment of 30% due within 14 days after booking confirmation. Remainder incl. 600 Euro deposit due no later than 8 weeks before the rental period
Cancellation of the booking is possible:
- until 16 weeks before the rental period: full refund of rental fee (minus 200 euro cancellation fee)
- 16-6 weeks before the rental period: 70% refund
- 6 weeks or less before the rental period: no refund
The domaine has 12 beds – maximum size of the group: 12 people.
Domaine Croix Laval has a strict no smoking policy inside.
